With these slap on options that "convert" analogue phones to IP some crucial IP benefits can be lost - or worse - your service can suffer. If IP is not deployed and programmed properly, you will experience dropped calls, jitter, cross talk, and other frustrating side-effects that occur when data and voice are being forced to share bandwidth.

    There are a number of factors to weigh when considering a switch to IP. Keeping the cost manageable is important, but making sure IP is deployed properly is the utmost priority.
